This policy applies to:

• Our public website at entrivistech.com and related pages we operate
• Enquiries you send through our contact forms, email, or other channels we publish on the site

It does not replace the data-handling terms in a client contract, NDA, or Data Processing Addendum (DPA). When we work on a client’s systems as a processor, those engagement documents control how client data is handled. See also our Trust page for infrastructure and access practices.

Information you give us

• Contact details (name, email, phone, company) when you submit a form or email us
• Project or enquiry details you choose to share (requirements, systems in use, preferred contact method)
• Any files or links you attach to an enquiry

Information collected automatically

• Technical and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device/platform, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location derived from IP
• Cookie and similar technology data, as described in our Cookie Policy

We do not ask website visitors for payment card numbers through this site. Paid engagements are scoped and invoiced under separate agreements.

We use personal information to:

• Respond to enquiries and scope possible work
• Operate, secure, and improve the website
• Understand how the site is used (analytics)
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
• Send follow-up related to an enquiry you initiated (we do not run a separate marketing newsletter from this policy’s baseline unless you opt in later through a clear mechanism)

We do not sell personal information.

We use essential cookies required for the site to function, and optional analytics cookies to understand traffic and improve the experience.

• Entrivis staff and contractors who need it to respond to your enquiry or deliver agreed work, under confidentiality obligations

• Professional advisers or authorities when required by law or to protect legitimate interests

Client production data accessed during an engagement is handled under that engagement’s NDA, contract, or DPA, not under website marketing analytics.

We keep enquiry and contact records only as long as needed for the purpose collected, including follow-up and basic business records, unless a longer period is required by law or an active engagement agreement. Analytics data is retained according to each provider’s settings and our operational needs.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. For how we handle access to client systems during delivery, see Trust.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email hello@entrivistech.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

If you are in the EEA/UK and believe we process your data as a controller for website enquiries, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We are based in India. If you contact us from another country, your information may be processed in India and in countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Our website and services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy for website use.
