N° 01 Product Engineering → Website & Brand

Website & Brand

Most company websites are built as brochures and then asked to behave like part of the business. We design and build the site, the storefront, and the brand system around them, for companies whose website sits in front of something that actually runs.
N° 02 What we build

What does Entrivis actually build under Website & Brand?

We build marketing websites, ecommerce storefronts, and the brand system that holds them together: identity, colour and type, messaging, page design, and a component library the site is assembled from. We build on Odoo Website Builder or on a modern stack, and we decide which by looking at what the site has to connect to.

The split matters more than it sounds. A site that only has to explain the company can be built almost anywhere. A site that has to read live stock, take an order into the same database that fulfils it, or let a customer see their own account is a different job, and choosing the wrong footing at the start is expensive to undo later.

That question is the first one we ask. Everything else follows from the answer.

N° 03 Scope

Four kinds of work, and they usually arrive together

01

Marketing sites

The company site. Positioning translated into pages, written and designed rather than templated. Built to be edited by the client’s own team afterwards without breaking the layout.

02

Ecommerce storefronts

Catalogue, pricing, checkout, payment. Built on Odoo eCommerce where the store and the back office should share one database. The storefront is this page’s work; the catalogue structure, pricing rules, and fulfilment logic behind it belong to Odoo implementation.

03

Brand systems

Identity through to the components the site is built from. Scope is set out in the next section.

04

Design systems for the long run

Tokens, type scale, spacing, and a component library, committed as code. This is the part that decides whether the site still looks deliberate two years and forty pages later. Most sites decay because nobody built this.

Where the site needs to move data in or out, that work sits with the integration layer underneath and our Odoo integration practice, not here.

N° 04 Brand scope

When we say brand, here is exactly what we mean

Brand is a word that gets used to cover everything and commit to nothing, so this is the specific list. On BlackLight Therapy and Rooted Growth Wellness we delivered the whole of it: logo and wordmark, colour and type system, messaging and page-level copy, the component library the site is assembled from, and the photography and illustration direction that governs what goes on the pages afterwards.

We do this because the alternative does not work. A site designed to someone else’s identity, with copy written by a third party, assembled from components nobody owns, comes apart at the seams within a year. One team holding all five keeps it coherent.

What we do not do: naming, print and packaging identity, or brand strategy as a standalone engagement with no build attached. If that is what you need, you need a brand consultancy, and we will say so.

N° 05 Platform

Odoo Website Builder or a modern stack: the honest answer

We build both. The question is never which technology is better, it is what the site has to be connected to on the day it launches and two years after.

Explain the company and generate enquiries
Odoo Website Builder
The client’s team can edit it. No second system to maintain.
Sell from the same catalogue the business ships from
Odoo eCommerce
Stock, pricing, and orders live in one database. No sync layer to reconcile.
Show a customer their own orders, usage, or account
Odoo portal, extended
The data is already there. Building a second front end duplicates it.
Behave like an application, not a site
A modern stack
Run bespoke logic no platform models well
Purpose-built

The uncomfortable version: a lot of companies are sold a custom front end for a site that had no reason to leave the platform their business already runs on, and they pay for that decision every time they want to change a price.

Rooted Growth Wellness. Full brand and website for a US wellness practice. Same scope, built as one engagement rather than handed between a designer and a developer.
“Working with Entrivis Ltd has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. Our main contacts, Sohil and the website designer Meet, were exceptional. What truly set them apart was their incredible flexibility in communication, always willing to reschedule and accommodate our busy schedules. Even as a large company, they maintain a strong customer-first philosophy, treating us with the utmost respect. When it comes to pricing, they were very understanding and worked with us to fit within our budget without compromising quality. The website they delivered is simply top-notch. After reviewing several initial options and some collaborative back-and-forth, the final result perfectly captures the essence of our business, Rooted Growth Wellness. The team’s work is impeccable, marked by diligence and a meticulous attention to detail. They truly go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect rather than just settling for good enough.”

N° 07 Engagement shape

How a website engagement runs

  1. 01

    Decide the footing

Before design, we establish what the site has to connect to. This produces the platform decision and the scope fence. It takes days, not weeks, and it prevents the most expensive mistake available on this kind of project.

  2. 02

    Messaging before layout

What the pages say is settled before what they look like. Design applied to unresolved messaging produces a site that looks finished and says nothing.

  3. 03

    System, then pages

Tokens, type scale, and components first. Pages assembled from them second. Building pages first and extracting a system later never actually happens.

  4. 04

    Build and integrate

The site goes together. Anything that has to talk to another system gets built and tested as part of the work, not bolted on at the end.

  5. 05

    Hand over so it survives

The client’s team is shown how to edit the site without breaking it, and the design system is documented. A site nobody can safely change is a site that stops changing.

N° 08 FAQ
Do you do brand identity, or only websites?

Both, as one engagement. Logo, colour and type, messaging, components, and art direction, delivered by the same team that builds the site. We do not take on naming, print and packaging identity, or brand strategy without a build attached.

Can you build our site on Odoo if our business already runs on Odoo?

Yes, and in most cases that is the right call. If the site needs live stock, shared pricing, or customer account access, keeping it on the same database removes an entire category of sync problems.

We do not run Odoo. Can you still build our website?

Yes. Platform choice follows what the site has to connect to, not what we prefer to build on.

Can our team edit the site afterwards?

Yes. Handover and documentation are part of the work. Sites that need a developer for every copy change stop being maintained.

Do you build the mobile app as well?

We do, in-house. That work is covered on mobile app development.

What if we need something closer to an application than a website?

Then it belongs on web app development or custom software, and we will tell you which.

Tell us what the site has to do

Not what it should look like. What it has to connect to, who has to edit it, and what happens on it. The rest follows from that.
