Websites, mobile apps, and custom software.
Most consultancies treat the website and the operations behind it as two separate jobs for two separate vendors. We don’t. The same team that engineers a client’s Odoo system builds the front of it: the site customers land on, the app they log into, the brand they recognise. When the two are built together, they reconcile: the app reads from the same operations data the ERP writes, and nothing has to be stitched across a vendor boundary after the fact.
The work runs in two modes. For clients already on Odoo, the customer-facing build connects to live operations: Cemseal’s field-loyalty app and Endurance’s distribution app both run on top of Odoo systems we maintain. For businesses that aren’t on Odoo, we build standalone: a brand identity and a website as one engagement, the way we did for BlackLight Therapy and Rooted Growth Wellness. Both are real work. We claim the Odoo connection only where it exists.
Four ways the front and the system meet.

Mobile App Development
Native mobile apps, built in-house, connected to Odoo where the client runs it.
Mobile apps, built in-house.
One team for the system and its front.
The reason to build both with the same team is reconciliation. When the loyalty app issues a token, the ERP has to know; when a redemption pays out, the bank record and the operations record have to agree. Cemseal’s app does this in production: a customer scans the barcode shipped on a tub of wall putty or adhesive, the token is verified against the code we shipped with it, points accrue, and a redemption credits a real bank account through the ICICI integration we built. The app, the Odoo system, and the banking integration are one build, not three vendors pointing at each other when a number doesn’t match.
Across the company that’s 70+ projects delivered and 20+ integrations delivered since 2020, run by a 30-person team. The customer-facing work isn’t a side practice bolted onto the ERP business: it’s the same engineering discipline applied one layer closer to the customer.
Cemseal - field-loyalty app on Odoo
MAAN, a field-loyalty app on top of a manufacturing Odoo system. OTP login, barcode-to-token verification, a submitted/redeemed token ledger, and cash redemption to customer bank accounts via the ICICI integration we built, in 8 Indian languages.
Read the Cemseal case study →Endurance - distribution app on Odoo
A distribution app connected to the Odoo system behind a field force that grew from 50 to 395+ DSAs. Built in-house.

New build work starts with a Discovery engagement: we scope the system and the front together before anyone commits to a build. The build itself runs as an Implementation Project with a fixed scope and a defined go-live. And it doesn’t stop at go-live: the app and the site sit under the same Managed Continuity that covers the operations beneath them.
The questions that come up before we start.
Does Entrivis build mobile apps in-house?
Yes. Our mobile applications are designed and built by the Entrivis team, not subcontracted. Cemseal’s field-loyalty app and Endurance’s distribution app were both built in-house and are running in production today, connected to the Odoo systems we maintain for those clients.
Can Entrivis design a brand and build the website together?
Yes, as one engagement. We built the brand identity and the website together for BlackLight Therapy and Rooted Growth Wellness, two US wellness practices. Where a client already has an identity, we build the site against it: Veasha and RRSA India were website-only engagements.
Do Entrivis mobile apps connect to Odoo?
When the client runs Odoo, yes. The app reads and writes the same operations data the ERP holds, so a token issued in the app and a redemption recorded in the ERP reconcile without a nightly sync. Cemseal’s app credits customer bank accounts through the ICICI integration we built. For clients who aren’t on Odoo, we build standalone.
Does Entrivis do web and brand work for companies that don’t use Odoo?
Yes. The same discipline, without the ERP layer underneath. Standalone website, brand, and custom software engagements are real work and are scoped and priced as their own thing. We claim the Odoo connection only where it exists, and we say so on the page when it doesn’t.
What does Entrivis build beyond websites and apps?
Custom software where off-the-shelf doesn’t fit: internal tools, customer portals, and the systems that sit between an ERP and the people who actually use it. Scope starts with a discovery engagement, because most of these requests turn out to be a process problem before they’re a software problem.
Start with a call. We’ll scope the site, the app, or the software alongside the operations beneath it.
One call with an engineer who has shipped both the system and the front. We’ll tell you what it actually takes to build them as one.
