Odoo ERP services: built, integrated, and kept running
What sits under Digital Platforms
Odoo is one platform doing the work of a dozen disconnected tools: accounting, inventory, manufacturing, sales, HR, projects. Getting it to do that for your business is the work: configuring it to your processes, building what configuration can’t reach, wiring it to the systems you already run, and keeping it stable once it’s live.
Pick a service below to go deeper. Most clients need a mix: implementation, integrations, and support running as one engagement rather than three separate projects.
Plan, build, run, and beyond Odoo.
Twelve services across the life of a system. Most engagements use several.

Why Entrivis for Odoo
Two things separate how we run Odoo work. The first is version depth. Our founders have been on Odoo since v6, and we’ve delivered across every version through v19, including the long migrations off early versions where the standard upgrade path no longer applies. The second is that we stay: about a third of our delivery effort goes into the period after go-live, and 40% of our revenue comes from clients who’ve been with us more than a year.
That second point is the one most Odoo partners can’t make. Standing up a system and standing behind it a year later are different commitments.
Built on Odoo, still running
Endurance: single system to full ERP
Started as one payout system and became the ERP the business runs on. Across two-plus years the network it manages went from 50 to 395+ DSAs, with ₹1,400+ Cr loan disbursed through the platform across a 20+ branch multi-state network.

A construction-chemicals manufacturer running multi-state, multi-company operations on Odoo Community, with a mobile app and an ICICI bank integration. Implemented and migrated across five major versions while the business ran on it.

Not every Odoo problem arrives as “we need an implementation.” Sometimes it’s “our current system is failing” or “a previous partner left us with something that doesn’t hold.” If that’s closer to your situation, start from the problem rather than the service:
- ERP modernization For a legacy system that’s holding the business back.
- Rescue & stabilization For an Odoo project that’s gone wrong or been abandoned.
How engagements run
Odoo work runs through named engagement models: a paid Discovery to scope, a fixed-scope Implementation Project or Migration Program to build, and Managed Continuity to run it afterward. We name what you can buy and how each works, without a pricing maze.
Common questions about Odoo ERP services
What’s included in Odoo ERP services?
Everything involved in getting Odoo to run a business: planning and scoping, implementation, custom development, integrations, migration between versions or editions, and ongoing support and training. Most engagements combine several. An implementation that includes integrations and continues as support is the normal shape. Each is covered on its own page above.
What’s the difference between Odoo implementation, development, and customization?
Implementation is configuring and rolling out Odoo across your operation. Development is writing custom modules and features that don’t exist in the standard product. Customization sits between the two: adapting standard modules to fit your process. Most real projects use all three; the labels matter less than scoping the actual work, which is what Discovery does.
Do you work with both Odoo Community and Enterprise?
Yes. The choice is an architecture decision before a licensing one. It depends on which Enterprise-only features your operations actually need, your multi-year budget, and how much control you want over hosting and code. We’ve implemented and migrated on both, including making the Community call where it was the right long-term fit.
How do I know which Odoo service I need?
If you’re starting fresh, it’s an implementation. If you’re already on Odoo and it’s not holding, it’s an audit or support. If you’re moving versions, it’s a migration. If you’re not sure, a paid Discovery maps your situation and tells you. That’s its job, and it’s the same first step regardless of where you land.
Do you only work with Odoo?
Odoo is the core of this practice, but not the limit. We build ERPNext in-house where it’s the better fit, and we run platform-agnostic ERP migrations when a business is moving between systems. What we won’t do is push a platform that’s wrong for the operation.
Not sure which Odoo service fits?
Start with a call. We’ll work out whether you need an implementation, a migration, an audit, or something else, and give you a scoped plan before any commitment.
