N° 01 Services - five capability pillars

Mid-market systems fail at the seams.

We run Digital Platforms, AI, Product Engineering, Integration Engineering, and our own products as one practice, so the seams between them hold. Pick a pillar below, or talk to us and we’ll map which combination fits.
One team across ERP, AI, product, and integrations.
N° 02 What this is

One team across the five layers a mid-market business actually runs on.

Mid-market systems fail at the seams: between the ERP and the bank feed, between the AI demo and the month after, between the mobile app and the inventory truth. We run those layers as one engagement so the seams hold.

Each pillar below has its own hub with the detail pages underneath. Most clients need more than one. A Digital Platforms implementation that includes Integration Engineering and continues as Managed Continuity is a normal shape, not an exception.

N° 03 Capabilities

Five pillars. One practice that stays past go-live.

Start with the layer that’s failing. We’ll tell you which others it pulls in.

01

Digital Platforms

The ERP foundation, built to evolve for the next decade, not just to go live this quarter. Odoo v6→v19, migration and modernization, ERPNext when it fits, and post-go-live engineering.

02

AI & Intelligent Automation

Production-grade AI with the governance, fallback, and monitoring that keep it running past the demo. LLM workflows wired into systems that already carry payroll, inventory, and invoices.

03

Product Engineering

Web and mobile products built as the front door to operations-critical systems: integrated, reliable, designed to ship. Next.js, Flutter, self-hosted, built in-house.

04

Integration Engineering

Integrations built to reconcile, recover, and not lose data: the layer below the happy path. Banking, payments, logistics, hardware, POS, and 28 published apps on the Odoo Store.

05

Our Products

After years of implementing the same patterns, we productized them. Real software we own and sell: VisaCRM, Protowrit, Law Firm Management, Canadian Payroll, and Solar EPC.

N° 04 Why us

Version depth, and a habit of staying.

Our founders have been on Odoo since v6, across every version through v19, including the long migrations where the standard upgrade path no longer applies. About a third of our delivery effort goes into the period after go-live, and 40% of revenue comes from clients who’ve been with us more than a year.

Standing up a system and standing behind it a year later are different commitments. That second point is the one most partners can’t make. It’s also why we run ERP, AI, product, and integrations as one team instead of four handoffs.

Work that arrived second, and stayed running

IN PRODUCTION · FINANCIAL SERVICES

Endurance

Replaced Excel-driven loan operations with Odoo. Scaled from 50 to 395+ DSAs across a 20+ branch multi-state network, with ₹1,400+ Cr loan disbursed through the platform.

IN PRODUCTION · MANUFACTURING

Cemseal

Multi-state, multi-company manufacturing on Odoo Community, with a mobile app and an ICICI banking integration. Implemented and migrated across five major versions while the business ran on it.

ACTIVE · HEALTHCARE

VitaOne

Stabilized a fragile platform, migrated Enterprise to Community, then shipped AI-first practitioner workflows and biomarker mapping on Gemini.

N° 06 Not sure where to start

If you’re not sure which pillar to open

Not every problem arrives as “we need an implementation.” Sometimes it’s “our current system is failing” or “a previous partner left us with something that doesn’t hold.” Start from the problem rather than the service:

Rescue & stabilization - for an Odoo project that’s gone wrong or been abandoned.

Digital Platforms - when the ERP foundation itself is the work.

Engagement models - when you want to see how Discovery, Implementation, and Managed Continuity actually run.

N° 07 How engagements run

How engagements run

Work runs through named engagement models: a paid Discovery to scope, a fixed-scope Implementation Project or Migration Program to build, and Managed Continuity to run it afterward. We name what you can buy and how each works, without a pricing maze.

N° 08 FAQ

Common questions about our services

What’s the difference between these five pillars?

Digital Platforms is the ERP practice (Odoo and related). AI & Intelligent Automation is production AI with governance. Product Engineering is web and mobile products that sit on top of operations systems. Integration Engineering is the reconcile-and-recover layer between systems. Our Products are packaged systems we sell as software. Most mid-market work spans more than one.

Do I need to pick one pillar before we talk?

No. A paid Discovery maps the situation and tells you which pillars (and which engagement model) fit. If you already know the ERP is the work, start on Digital Platforms. If a previous partner left something fragile, start on Rescue & stabilization.

Where do the Odoo-named pages fit?

Implementation, migration, development, integration, support, training, consulting, audit, business study, and hire-developers all live under Digital Platforms. This /services page is the five-pillar hub above them.

Do you only work with Odoo?

Odoo is the core of the Digital Platforms practice, but not the limit. We build ERPNext in-house where it’s the better fit, run platform-agnostic ERP migrations, and ship product and AI work on modern stacks. What we won’t do is push a platform that’s wrong for the operation.

Not sure which pillar fits?

Start with a call. We’ll map whether you need Digital Platforms, AI, product work, integrations, or a mix, and give you a scoped plan before any commitment.
