Why we sell products, not just build them
Most of what a consultancy does, it does twice. After enough projects in the same industry, the shape of the system stops changing - so we built it once, properly, and kept it. Buying one of these means skipping the discovery-and-build cycle and starting from a system that already works for your industry. Where it needs to bend to how you operate, the same team that built it does the work.
These aren’t side projects or abandonware - they run on Odoo, the platform our team has worked on since version 6, and they’re maintained by the same thirty-person team that delivers our consultancy work.

What products does Entrivis offer?
Three industry-specific systems built on Odoo: VisaCRM for immigration consultancies, Protowrit for clinical-research protocol writing, and a Law Firm Management system for legal practices. Each is owned and maintained by Entrivis. They’re an alternative to a custom build when your business fits one of those three industries.
Are these products built on Odoo?
Yes. All three run on Odoo, the ERP platform our team has built on since version 6 - fourteen years. They inherit Odoo’s accounting, reporting, and user management, and they move forward as Odoo releases new versions rather than falling behind on an unmaintained codebase.
Can the products be customised for our business?
Yes. Each product is a starting point, not a fixed package. The same team that built it adapts it to how you operate - your workflow, your fields, your integrations. If the changes you need are large enough, we’ll tell you a custom build is the better call.
Do you support the products after setup?
Yes. Support after go-live is how we work across every engagement, not an add-on. The team that configures your system is the team that maintains it - including version upgrades as Odoo evolves, and changes as your business does.
What if none of the products fit our business?
