Terms of Service

By accessing or using entrivistech.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by Entrivis Tech Private Limited (“Entrivis”, “we”, “us”), an Indian company with offices in Vadodara, Mehsana, and Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Contact: hello@entrivistech.com.

The Site provides information about our capabilities, work, products, and how to contact us. Content is for general information. It is not a binding offer, legal advice, or a substitute for a scoped proposal.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site without notice.

Entrivis provides ERP and business systems services, including (without limitation) Odoo and related platform work, integrations, product engineering, AI workflow work, and our own software products, as described on the Site from time to time.

Descriptions on the Site are illustrative. Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and responsibilities are defined only in a signed statement of work, proposal, or master services agreement.

Website use does not create a client relationship.

When you engage us for paid work:

• Terms of that work (scope, fees, IP, confidentiality, SLAs, termination) are set out in the applicable contract, NDA, and any DPA
• In case of conflict between these website Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls for that work
• Invoices and payment schedules follow the signed commercial terms

Refunds, if any, follow the written agreement for that engagement.

Unless otherwise stated, the Site’s text, design, logos, graphics, and other materials are owned by Entrivis or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially reuse Site content without our prior written permission, except for fair personal use of publicly available pages.

Odoo, ERPNext, and other third-party names are trademarks of their respective owners. Use of those names on the Site does not imply endorsement beyond any partnership status we state elsewhere.

Client work product and product licences are governed by the relevant engagement or product agreement, not these website Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site unlawfully or to harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data
• Interfere with the Site’s operation (including scraping at abusive volume, injecting malware, or overloading infrastructure)
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

We may block access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

The Site may link to third-party sites or tools (case studies, video hosts, partner properties, documentation). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Case studies and examples describe specific engagements. Results vary. Past work is not a guarantee of future outcomes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTRIVIS AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED INR 10,000 (OR THE EQUIVALENT IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold Entrivis harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for website use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country.
